61屆的柏林影展，伊朗片和德國片大領風騷。連日本、韓國片都風迷了歐洲觀衆趨之若鶩。那一陣子波玆坦廣場看到的亞洲臉，基本上可以認定一定是日韓人。相形之下，華語片就寂寥的可憐。

I saw this year, three Chinese-language films, all from China:
1. "Haw Love Shan Zha Shu Zhi Lian" "Youth Unit Generation 14Plu", Zhang Yimou
2. "Together Zai Yi Qi" "Panorama Panorama" documentary, Zhang Liang director
3. "Orphan of the Zhao Zhao Shi Gu Er》「特別傑出電影單元Berlinale Special Gala」，陳凱歌導演。
分別就此三片寫下我的記憶：
《山楂樹之戀Shan Zha Shu Zhi Lian》
這部片子算是張藝謀多年來譭譽參半之後的一個小品之作。講得是文革時代的一段純純戀情。這完全不令人訝異，文革在政治上不平反，在文學上衍生一片傷痕文學至今，出現一種令人難以理解的悠悠情愫。在中國目前政治枷鎖禁錮人心，經濟貪腐熱可炙手，全國各地暴動相繼而起，維穩鎮壓疲於奔命之際；人啊，道德價值蕩然無存，竟然開始懷念曾經理想激情的歲月。
如同最近一位很有中國情、學藝術的大陸人來到我處，聊天中説道：『文革那時我還是個學生，那時學校全面停課同時開始全國大串聯，我這輩子絕對不會再有這樣的機會免費跑遍大江南北。』『怎說？』我問。他回道：『那時候基本上我們都不需要錢，特別是在文人和藝術人圈子裏，靠張字條，某某的好友介紹某某，憑著字條，就可以到下一個地方受到熱情款待，學生坐火車反正不要錢。』是啊！沒有經歷過文革的我，難以想像造反的政治熱情、難以理解學生學習的斷層而開始流浪的浪漫。
這部片子說的是那個大時代的純純之情、浪漫之感。政治意識形態下強加做作的文學美感，而出現那棵特別的山楂樹，因爲被抗戰英雄的鮮血染紅，而年年生出有別于一般白色果子的紅山楂。這當然是一片謊言，卻造就了一個純情故事的凄美背景。
孱弱惹人憐愛的女主角，面對被閗被批黑五類父母，咬緊牙關力求上進，道盡冤案株連數代之苦。凄苦之中卻偶然認識一位好成份高官的兒子得到青睞產生戀情。純純戀情若有一個好結局，就落于俗套。所以必須以悲劇收場。有意思的是張藝謀顯然在此埋下伏筆。這是後來跟一位女友聊天，經她點醒才體會得。劇中男主角患了從頭至尾所謂的「白血症」，一般觀衆其實也搞不清楚「白血症」該有哪些病徵。女友的意思是這位高官兒子響應全國上山下鄉，最後卻因爲環境污染，而死因不詳，英年早逝。據説跟男主角同一個隊伍的人，已經死了好幾個。「死因不詳」在那個年代不重要，人如螻蟻，不是嗎？「死因不詳」在改革開放三十年後今天的中國重要嗎？

1．這部片子避重就輕：愛滋病災難之源的「血漿經濟」是怎麽囘事？爲何沒有加以探討？而且爲何無需面對司法？
2．這部片子漠視良知：八十好幾的高耀潔女醫生爲愛滋病人奔走了好大半輩子，面臨軟禁的命運；胡佳維權人士為支持高耀潔女醫生出版相關刊物號召群衆而鋃鐺入獄。爲何在此都噤若寒蟬，沒有隻字片語描述？既是「紀錄片」爲何不紀實相關愛滋病的來龍去脈？

陳凱歌 – 就此背負「鷹犬御用導演」之名，不勝唏噓！
還值得記上一筆的是一個新現象。這三部電影的片頭，竟然如出一轍打出一個黃色龍的標記，下面附上一行審查字號。這是我以前從來沒有看過的。
每年都趕赴柏林盛會的北京電影製作人女友，終于見着，我當下趕緊詢問那是啥麻子咚咚。她說：『喔！那個東西我們叫做「龍標」，因爲是一個很醜的龍樣。電影審查其實一向都有，但是尺度不像現在那麽嚴格。以前獨立導演找到製作人可以自由創意，拍出影片，再尋求國際市場。拍片、賣片、買片都還有空間進行。現在全沒啦！基本上沒有經過審查，申請得到「龍標」字號的案子，根本不可能進行拍攝、買賣。所以我立志要提拔中國獨立導演影片的空間就此一筆扼殺。我 - Now only handling commercial films, and,, 』then she look lonely to hang.
